• interactions with us

• Medical, health, disability and allergy status

• billing or purchase information

We collect your personal information in order to manage your booking and comply with New Zealand legislation such as The Vulnerable Children's Act.

We also need to understand our clients to provide the best & safest experience. This includes medical information, allergies, disabilities and the like.

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

• Emergency Medical staff in order to provide the best possible care in the event of an incident.

• Catering Staff / Contractors

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter medical or disability information, we'll be unable to provide access to certain activities.

We keep your information safe by storing in in secure files for 12 months at which point we securely destroy it by deleting electronic files and shredding any hard copies.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
